Processing: Comes from grapes harvested at their perfect degree of ripeness, hand picked from our own vineyards, in 25 kilo boxes. Stemmed grape, and before pressing, macerated for 12 hours at a temperature of 8ºC. Then the grape is soft pressed. The must ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks where they subsequently rest and stabilize until bottled.
Tasting:Pale yellow with notable greenish nuances. Clean and intense on the nose, with fresh, fruity aromas and an important varietal sensation. Very fresh on the mouth, balanced, with body and good acidity. Retronasal is wine alcohol, harmonious, with a long, pronounced touch when passing through the mouth.
