Grape variety: 100% Albariño
Tasting Notes: Intense yellow colour with golden glints.
Shows a complex nose with strong varietal notes. Ripe fruit, aniseed herbs and white flowers aromas in balance with those from the oak. Dense and opulent mouth, with an elegant touch of minerality and tertiary aromas from the oak barrel. Excellent lees mouthfeel blended with varietal freshness
Vineyard: From the oldest vines a selection is carried out choosing those over 60 years old. At the optimum ripening time grapes are hand-picked to 20 kilos crates.
Winemaking: After rack-clearing, fermentation takes place in oak barrels with weekly batonages and then aged on its lees for 12 months in the same barrels. After bottling the wine remain at rest for a year before being released.
